Considering that we spend about a Third of our life time in bed...
...it should be "something special"

And so to bed... As I say in my sidebar, one of my favourite things to do is turning down the bed of an evening. Thank you for some gorgeous ideas here!
ReplyDeleteThose bedrooms and beds are so dreamy I would never get up! I'm actually off to search for new bedding this weekend, I need a change!
ReplyDeleteDear Karin, Love everyone of your choices. Your preference comes through, loud and clear. Your guest bedroom is charming. Would love to spend a night or two in such serene and beautiful surroundings.
ReplyDeleteLately I love all-white bedding. Last several days have been spent on sewing away white bedsheets and pillow cases, a flannel set, a cotton one and a linen. Thank you for inspirational pictures.
ReplyDeleteSo many of my favorites...all in the same post. Your blog is just wonderful Karin...Thank You!!!

Dear Karin, what lovely beds, how could we not want one of them for ourselves? I love the black one, with hand painting from Veranda. You have an exquisite eye. I was in Hamburg a few years ago, my niece lived there wth her family and has since moved to Berlin. It is an interesting city I wish I had seen more of. I am anxiously awaiting pictures of your garden, it is already lovely in winter! Nella
ReplyDeleteDear Nella,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for you're lovely comments.
I'm waiting desperately for some warmer weather to do some garden work. And looking forward to spring.....
Many Greetings to Canada
Karin
Hello Irina,
ReplyDeleteThank's for your visit and comment.
I prefer white bedding, or a kind of ivory, as well.
Greetings to Hong-Kong
Karin
