Australia has a Day? I didn't know that! I've been there twice, gorgeous country and the people were so wonderful but I have to be honest here I will never go back....THE PLANE RIDE TOOK FOREVER! They're going to have to move closer!
Dear Karin, thank you for visiting my blog, and in the process to have introduced me to yours! I have just spent about an hour (when I should be working!) happily looking around your lovely posts. I was bowled over to see your pictures of your past stands at the Battersea fair and to discover that you exhibited there for so many years! Your antiques were/are absolutely gorgeous - I especially loved your beautiful tables and chairs of all descriptions, and the jars and pots, and the linens ... and now I am so hoping that one day soon you will be back there! Your house in Perigord looks like a dream - I loved your American friend's post on life there. Do you still deal in antiques and have you considered an online shop? So many questions ... I'm really happy to have 'met' you and will definitely be back! All best wishes, Karen
Dear Karin, Your blog looks better than ever. I see that you have tackled the picture problem and have solved it beautifully. Looking forward to your next post. Gina
Thank you Karin! It was very hot; my husband went fishing and I stayed in and sewed in the comfort of the airconditioning!

ReplyDeleteI know!!!! It took us 30 hours to get to New York! You have to break up the journey and visit other interesting countries in between.
