"Ways to / I find Creativity"
You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine,
and at last, you create what you will”
– George Bernard Shaw
I just simply need a little stroll through the garden, the fields, the wood....
and I'm inspired
which stimulates me to express a little creativity....

It would be pretentious to call myself an artist,
but I'm certainly inspired by mother nature....

Stay creative!
Oh Karin, these juxtapositions of bijou against nature are positively stunning...and a musical find (that I love) as well? Merci, un grand merci!
ReplyDeleteAmicalement,
Heather
We both share our love of nature and derive our creativity from the beautiful simple things. This is truly a beautiful post. Loved all the images.
ReplyDeleteFantastic post. Unexpected art.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, creative images. I think the conjunction of two dissimilar things - in this case highly crafted jewelry, and natural objects that have weathered in time - is one of the ways creativity can be well-sparked.
ReplyDeleteTiens tiens, je reconnais certains strass, quelle belle idée de les associer aux végétaux...ce sont des photos qui devraient inspirer les joailliers. You are very clever!

Well, Karin ….. that post just oozed CREATIVITY !!!! XXXX
ReplyDeleteSo much to enjoy in this post Karin. The thoughtfully chosen quotes, the beautiful jewellery set amongst beautiful nature, your over-riding message of the importance of the simple to the process of creativity…beautifully said and arranged.

ReplyDeleteHi again Karin,
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say that we have had blue skies and sunshine for a couple of days now and, at the end of the week, it's not going to be Spring temperatures, more like Summer ones !!!! What a topsy turvy world we live in, weather wise !! XXXX
Karin, what a beautiful mind you have! I love everything about this post, everything. The wonderful quotations and seeing jewelry arranged in this way makes a grand statement. Of course, I remember the photos of the Splenderosa pieces you did! Those art deco bar pins are simply to D.I.E. for. Once again, a post to enchant all of us. Thank you so so much. xx's
ReplyDeleteGorgeous images. Love the juxtaposition of jewelry and the natural world. You've mixed colour and texture so artfully.
ReplyDeleteTurning the eye the sees into art in what we see!
