Bonjour Karin. I am a new Follower. What an elegant post! Le Périgord is a favorite French region of mine. Part of my extended family lives there, and we stayed in Sarlat (le Périgord Noir) just last summer. I will need to remember to visit Brantôme again next time. Happy Valentine's Day to you! Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

ReplyDeleteOh my! Brantôme looks like a scene from a fairytale adorned in a fluff of white. This volume of snow may not last very long, but these images will be etched in my memory. Karin, I hope you are all staying warm. I know that Oskar will find a warm place to snuggle.
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
Karin! I felt as if I were there....snow falling and cold air on my cheeks! Such beautiful scenery you shared with us. I hope you are warming up at least a little bit...I'm sure spring will be very welcome there after such cold days in your home! Just means you and the mister will have to snuggle a lit bit more! Many blessings dear friend! I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day...it was a quiet birthday for me....hugs! As always, Martha
ReplyDeleteKarin all of these images have such a mystical quality to them!
